you can match tengus dps or tank but not both, same can be said for a t1 cruiser.. OMG ishtar is no better than t1 cruisers, buff ishtar.

Pirate battleships can do a bit more dps but cant loot/salvage nearly as effectively due to the lack of tractor bonus, lack of utility highs and lack of cargohold. Noctis can salvage and loot faster but requires you to come back, wasting precious...

nullsec relic/data are tad overpopulated lately. I'd even go as far as saying that they are farmed so much, you'd make better isk/hr in a quiet hisec area
